NEX Team Inc. provides a one-year limited warranty for the Nex Playground and any included accessories purchased with the original order. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, personal use, starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. It is intended to assure the buyer that the product will perform as expected and to protect against manufacturing flaws that may arise within the coverage period, provided that all specified conditions are met. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to others.
If a qualifying defect occurs within the warranty period and proper procedures are followed, NEX may determine the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, options may include repairing the product with new or refurbished components, replacing it with a unit of similar quality, or issuing a refund, which could be full or partial. Replacement items become the property of the customer, while any returned or repaired product remains with NEX. Products that are repaired or replaced continue to be covered under the warranty for either the remainder of the original period or at least ninety days following service, whichever is longer, unless local laws specify otherwise.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact NEX using the official support channels. Once the request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the item. Proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility, and the product should be securely packaged, ideally using the original packaging or a similarly protective alternative. Items returned without prior authorization or sent to the wrong address may not qualify for warranty service.
Customers should be aware that warranty service may involve technical procedures that could affect data stored on the device. During inspection, repair, or replacement, the product may be reset, reformatted, or updated, potentially resulting in the loss of stored files, applications, or personal information. Users are responsible for backing up important data before submitting the device. Updates applied during service may prevent reverting to previous software versions, and any data loss is not covered under the warranty.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, exposure to liquids, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or repairs conducted outside approved channels. Products that naturally degrade over time, such as batteries, or those with cosmetic damage like scratches or dents, are also not covered. Items purchased through unauthorized sellers, used for commercial purposes, or with altered identification numbers are ineligible, as are software services tied to the device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost data, lost profits, or the cost of replacement items. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and suppliers or licensors associated with NEX have no additional responsibilities. Where limitations cannot be enforced, liability will be adjusted according to applicable local laws.
